How to share a Google Calendar with other people

Google Calendar gives you the ability to share your calendar with other people. This is useful for when you want other people to make edits or just view your calendar. Let’s go over how to do this.

Step 1: On the left hand side of the app, hover over your calendar and click on the options icon.

Step 2: Then click on the Settings and sharing option

Step 4: Next in the settings panel, scroll down to the Share with specific people and click the Add people button.

Step 5: In the Share with specific people modal add the name or email of the person you want to share your calendar with.

Step 6: Click the Permissions dropdown and select an option and click send.
