Google calendar is a tool that allows you to schedule events, meetings, and get reminders about events. Google Calendar also gives you the ability to schedule recurring events. This is a handy feature for groups or teams that have weekly meetings. In this tutorial, we’ll go over how to schedule weekly and bi-weekly meetings in Google Calendar.
Create a weekly recurring event
Step 1 : Open the Google Calendar app in your browser and in the left hand side click on a day in the calendar then click the create button

Step 2 : Next, add your event details and click on the More options button

Step 3 : Now underneath the event time details, click on the Does not repeat dropdown

Step 4 : Next select the Weekly on Tuesday or whatever day your event is on

Step 5 : Lastly you will click the save button on the top right

Once you click save you will see that your calendar has been updated with the event time every week on that day that you selected

Create a recurring event every two weeks
Sometimes you may want to create a custom recurring event like every two weeks instead of weekly. We’ll update the weekly recurring event we just created and schedule it every two weeks. Let’s go over how to do that.
Step 1 : Click on your event in the Calendar to get to the event details. You will then click the weekly dropdown

Step 2 : Now you will select the Custom option in the dropdown

Step 3 : In the Custom recurrence modal you will update the Repeat every input to 2 weeks and click the Done button

Step 4 : Next choose the This and following events option and click OK

Step 5 : Lastly click the Save button

Once you click save you will see that your calendar has been updated with your event recurring every two weeks.
